## Description

The Department of the Interior, Interior Business Center (AQD), intends to issue a sole-source award to Oxford Nanopore Technologies, Inc. for one PromethION 2 Integrated (P2i) long-read sequencing platform, including installation, calibration, training, and standard warranty support.

The P2i integrates onboard CPU/GPU acceleration for real-time sequencing control, Dorado base calling, modified base detection, demultiplexing, and downstream analysis, and is fully compatible with existing PromethION flow cells and validated CCR workflows. Place of delivery and installation: CCR Genomics Core, National Cancer Institute 37 Convent Drive, MSC 4256 Bethesda, MD 20892-4256 Required time of delivery: Within four (4) to twelve (12) weeks after award.
