**Notice of Intent to Sole Source:** The Government intends to award a sole source, firm-fixed-price (FFP) acquisition with Roadsys Inc. for the purchase and maintenance of traffic and people counters. This non-competitive action is being issued by the Department of the Interior (DOI), Interior Business Center (IBC), Acquisition Services Directorate (AQD), on behalf of the National Park Services (NPS).
