## Description

Requirement provides consulting on the modeling of a mass appraisal assignment on the Yakima Reservation for Probate purposes. This mass appraisal assignment involves tract to be valued for probate purposes; there are 156 decedents (probate cases) cases involving some 1,636 land tracts that need to be valued. A known expert in statistical modeling and experienced with AVSO mass appraisal projects is sought by the Special Projects team.
