## Description

The intent of this contract is to obtain fully Contractor-operated and maintained commercial aviation services in support of the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) for the transportation of personnel, goods, and cargo between Honolulu, Hawaii (PHNL) and two National Wildlife Refuges on Midway Atoll (PMDY) and Palmyra Atoll (PLPA). Contractor services include provisions of an airplane/s, pilot(s), fuel, aircraft maintenance support, and all other associated equipment, as long as the aircraft capabilities and terms and conditions of the solicitation are not affected.
