Electrical underground boring IDIQ. Presolicitation announcement is issued for electrical underground boring work in southern Arizona for the San Carlos Irrigation Project (SCIP). The agency intends to award indefinite-quantity indefinite-delivery (IDIQ) contract(s) to Indian small business economic enterprises (ISBEE). Statement of Work is attached.
