Dedicated, reliable scalable dark cabling in southern Arizona. Dedicated, reliable scalable dark cabling in southern Arizona. Indian economic enterprises (IEEs) are sought to provide fiber optic "dark fiber" cabling, connectivity, operation and maintenance (O&M) necessary to support telecommunication services at San Carlos Irrigation Project (SCIP) facilities.
