## Description

Electric power balancing services. Preference is given to Native American-/American Indian-owned small businesses (ISBEEs). Statement of work is attached. The San Carlos Irrigation Project (SCIP) requires power balancing services for a base plus four (4) option years. All ISBEEs with a "successful" or better past performance history will be considered.
