## Description

Provide HVAC and air conditioning preventative and remedial maintenance. Indian small business economic enterprises (ISBEEs) are sought to provide preventive and remedial maintenance on HVAC and air conditioning equipment. Statement of Work is attached. Provide Arizona contractor's license number with responses. Period of performance will be for base plus four (4) option years.
