The Contractor shall provide all labor and supervision, materials, and equipment required to complete the requirement. This acquisition will be is issued under Indian Economic Enterprise set aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 237310 Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.204, the magnitude of this project is currently estimated to be between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. The project Performance Period will be 150 calendar days from the effective Notice to Proceed date. Contractor registration in the Government¿s System for Award Management (SAM) is required in order to be eligible for the contract award.
