## Description

ADULT DETENTION CENTER SERVICES FOR BIA-OFFICE OF JUSTICE SERVICE, DIST IV This is not a request for competitive quotes. The proposed contract action is for Adult Detention Center Services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source. AMENDMENT 0001 The solicitation amendment incorporates FAR clause 52.216-4, updates Section C and E, changes the POP beginning date to February 15, 2025, and updates Attachment D.3. to the 4th edition.
