**HAZARDOUS FUELS REDUCTION PROJECT DESCRIPTION:** Contractor to provide all labor, materials and incidental costs associated with completing hazardous fuels reduction project in accordance with the terms and conditions of this contract.

**PROJECT LOCATION:** North of Anadarko, Oklahoma, Caddo County.
