## Description

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s (NOAA), Office of Marine and Aviation Operations (OMAO), Aircraft Operations Center (AOC), has a requirement for the evaluation, repair and calibration of one Step Frequency Microwave Radiometers (SFMR). SFMR’s are used to calculate wind speed and rain rates when flown in a tropical storm environment.
