## Description

This solicitation notice is for a re-opening under solicitation 1202RZ22Q0004 in order to conduct an open season on-ramp in accordance with C.3 Agreement and Performance Period of the original solicitation. The Solicitation is designed to address the need for UTVs and OHVs for use during Local, Regional, and nationwide fire suppression and all-hazard incidents. This USFS I-BPA on-ramp is a Multiple Award Incident Blanket Purchase Agreement (IBPA) solicitation amendment issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside.
