Amendment 1-Solicitation - CUP - Two-Phase Design-Build Acquisition for Modernization and Expansion of Central Utility Plant The purpose of this amendment 1 is to:

1. Provide answers to questions asked in response to this solicitation, 1333ND26RNB190004.

2. Provide previous questions and answers for the first CUP Phase I solicitation, 1333ND26RNB190001.
