## Description

**Amendment 01:** The previous Statement of Work (SOW) has been removed from the Attachments and replaced with a new version titled "SOW Spectrum Analyzer 9-4-25." Additionally, the solicitation response due date has been extended to September 11, 2025, at 2:00PM ET.

**Original Notice:** The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Photonics and Optomechanics Group requires a spectrum analyzer for measuring the frequency spectrum of signals generated by microwave devices.
