This is a combined synopsis solicitation for Epoxy Floor Coating See the attached documents (CSS, NIST Safety & Health Guidlelines, Wager Determination, and Provisions & Clauses) all pertinent details. THE PURPOSE OF AMENDMENT 0001 IS TO EXTEND THE RESPONSE DUE DATE TO AND SCHEDULE A SITE VISIT. PLEASE SEE ATTACHED AMENDMENT FOR ALL PERTINENT INFORMATION. THE PURPOSE OF AMENDMENT 0002 IS TO PROVIDE THE GOVERNMENT'S RESPONSE TO SUBMITTED QUESTIONS, A PICTURE, AND A FLOOR PLAN.

THE PURPOSE OF AMENDMENT 0003 IS TO PROVIDE GOVERNMENT RESPONSES TO SUBMITTED QUESTIONS AFTER SITE VISIT AND TO REVISE PRIMARY POINT OF CONTACT. NO OTHER CHANGES. THE PURPOSE OF AMENDMENT 0004 IS TO PROVIDE ADDITIONAL GOVERNMENT RESPONSES TO QUESTIONS SUBMITTED TIMELY TO THE PREVIOUS PRIMARY POINT OF CONTACT THAT WAS SENT TO THE CONTRACTING OFFICER AFTER THE POSTING OF AMENDMENT 0003.
