The platform includes access to SEC key company information such as recent and historical earnings transcripts, articles of incorporation, credit agreements, corporate structure, insider transactions, institutional ownership, and events. CPO relies on the key SEC data points related to changes in the companies’ financial and credit situation, news, and other filings to adequately remain informed as it develops its risk assessments.
