## Description

NIST’s mission is “To promote U.S. innovation and industrial competitiveness by advancing measurement science, standards, and technology in ways that enhance economic security and improve our quality of life.” NIST seeks to improve the range of High Performance Computing (HPC) capabilities available to NIST’s researchers by augmenting its on-premise environment with those of a Leadership Class Computing Facility.

Owing to imminent refresh of NIST’s onpremise HPC equipment NIST has an urgent need for external HPC services to support continuation of NIST’s research. This SOW describes the capabilities NIST’s research requires as well as the additional services necessary to make NIST’s access to those capabilities as effective, productive, and secure as possible.
