Ideally one or more locking screws will be part of the support structure. **Question-set 2:** Options to assist NIST assessment The SOW appears to indicate exceeding several requirements will be looked upon favourably. To avoid an excessive number of options being generated, please confirm: the core limiting constraints (e.g. external dimension, mass, time to ramp to operating field) **Govt Response:** The government has specified minimum ramp rate and maximum external dimensions and all other limiting constraints.
