## Description

Amendment #2 Solicitation 1333ND2401142 Time Resolved Emission Microscope Solicitation for this requirement resulted in quotes that offered equipment that far exceeded the specifications and exceed the available funding. As such, no award could be made and the requirement will be reopened for a total of five (5) days. To further enhance competition potential, the Statement of Work (Amendment 2 Statement of Work Revised) that is attached to this amendment has been revised to remove any ambiguity and to simplify the specifications.

**Amendment 1:** to Solicitation with NIST response to questions from vendor. Per the attached combined synopsis solicitation and requirements document.
