NOAA Ship FOSTER 01-level Deck Repairs/Resurfacing 1.0 SCOPE This statement of need contains requirements to repair and resurface the entirety of the 01 level passageway and 3rd engineer’s stateroom. 2.0 References 2.1 Booklet of General Plans for NOAAS FOSTER 3.0 Government Furnished Material - None 4.0 Requirements 4.1 Perform spot repairs to deck covering on 01-level interior passageway and 3rd engineer’s stateroom, if necessary.
