## Description

The contract was not awarded competitively as AB Sciex is the OEM and the only source that can provide the replacement OS Software for the existing Sciex Mass Spectrometers.  A Notice of Intent to sole source was advertised on sam.gov between July 8, 2026 and July 15, 2026 with no responses received.
