## Description

COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION NMFS RACE Net Loft – Lift Truck and Sweeper Maintenance Services (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation 1333MF26Q0029 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ), for lift truck & street sweeper preventative maintenance and repair services at the RACE Net Loft in Seattle, WA. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The associated NAICS code is 811310. The small business size standard is $12.5m in average annual receipts or less.

We are asking offerors to submit quotes consisting of a job lot price for two (2) preventative maintenance/safety inspection services per year for the seven heavy equipment units (six forklifts and one electric street sweeper) listed in the Statement of Work; and standard labor rates for repair work needed after inspections. Pricing should include base + option years. Please see attached documents for full details. Pricing for option years will be evaluated as a total cost summary along with base year.

**05/05/2026:** Question and answer: Q. - I am requesting clarification on how the CLINs should be priced? A. - For CLINs 0001, 0003, and 0005 - we're looking to get a lump sum (job lot) price for two (2) rounds of preventative maintenance per year on the seven (7) machines listed in the statement of work.

For example, if you figure for the first year, one preventative maintenance service will cost $500 per machine, and round-trip travel costs to perform the one service will be $2,000.00, then one round of preventative maintenance service would be $5,500.00. For two services in the first year, this would be $11,000.00. For subsequent years, you might add a percentage for inflation and other cost increases. For CLINs 0002, 0004, and 0006 - we're looking to get your hourly labor rate for any repairs that are needed. Overtime is not allowed for the most part on federal service contracts so there would not be an overtime rate.
