(ii) Solicitation number 1333MF24Q0069 is issued as a firm fixed price, commercial, request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-04. (iv) The NAICS code for this acquisition is 326199, Prefabricated Buildings, Plastics, Manufacturing; the small business size standard is 750 Employees. This solicitation is restricted to Women-Owned Small Businesses under FAR Part 19.15 only. Any business submitting a quote for this requirement must be certified and active in SAM.gov as a WOSB concern with the necessary registrations. Submissions from businesses not certified as WOSB will not be considered. Vendors must be registered and active in SAM.gov at the time of quote submission. (v) Line items are as follows: CLIN 1: Outdoor storage shelter; specifications listed in the Statement of Need (vi) Description of requirements for the items to be acquired: The vendor is to provide the items in CLIN 1 per the attached statement of need.
