## Description

NOAA/NESDIS Total Worker Health program is in the process of bringing on a workplace mental health training for managers that provide supervisors the critical skills needed to address mental health issues among their staff. The goal is to train NESDIS’ 150+ supervisors on an annual basis and assess the health outcomes of staff to see if their mental health has improved. The purpose of this requisition is to purchase the training.
