THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This synopsis/solicitation 1333M2-24-Q-0047 constitutes a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-02 (Deviation 2024-06)(JAN 2024). The National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Ocean Service (NOS) has a requirement for Hazardous Waste Removal and Disposal at the NOAA Beaufort Laboratory at 101 Pivers Island Rd. Beaufort NC 28516. All services rendered shall be in accordance with the Statement of Work and Service Contract Act, Wage Determination No. 2015-4401 Rev 23, Date of Last Rev. 12/26/2023. Quotes shall be FOB destination. The Government will award a firm fixed price contract based on a best value/trade-off. Quote shall include all costs associated with each CLIN unless otherwise indicated on the vendor’s quote. This RFQ is 100% set aside for small businesses.
