This synopsis/solicitation 1333M2-24-Q-0045 constitutes a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-02 (Deviation 2024-06)(JAN 2024 The National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Ocean Service (NOS) Cooperative Oxford Laboratory has a requirement for Annual Testing/Inspection of Fire Systems to Include Fire Extinguishers, Fire Suppression Systems, Sprinklers, Fire Alarm System, and 24-hr Monitoring of the facility’s Fire Monitoring System. All services rendered shall be in accordance with the Statement of Work and Service Contract Act, Wage Determination No. 2015-4275 Rev 24, Date of Last Rev. 12/26/2023. Quotes shall be FOB destination. The Government will award a firm fixed price contract based on a best value/trade-off. Quote shall include all costs associated with each CLIN unless otherwise indicated on the vendor’s quote. This RFQ is unrestricted.
