## Description

This Solicitation is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) #1332KP25Q0018 for Two (2) RF 16 x 16 IF distributive matrix switches/ Extended L-band Victor Matrix.

**P/N:**

**VTR-71-B5B5-1616, Manufacturer:** ETL Systems Inc., to provide the required switching interface between the GOES intermediate frequency distribution switches (RIFDS, TIFDS, RXDS, TXDS) and the rackmounted spectrum analyzer. This requirement is a brand name requirement for the existing GOES Spectrum Monitoring and Control system. This system utilizes custom LabVIEW-based software that was developed on-site at WCDAS specifically for use with ETL Systems, Inc., matrix switch P/N: VTR-71-B5B5-1616.

Acquisition of any other make or model matrix switch would require a complete re-write of the existing LabVIEW software, resulting in unnecessary cost to the government and significant operational downtime of the monitoring system. No substitutes allowed. (see attached solicitation for additional information)
