## Description

The follow-on for hardware warranty and software support for seven (7) hardware components of three (3) NJGS Programmable Telemetry Processors (PTP) systems. This procurement will sustain uninterrupted OSPO operations and maintenance service for mission critical equipment associated with data ingest and distribution. This support is necessary to cover all hardware and software issues within the CIG equipment at NSOF in Suitland MD, WCDAS in Wallops VA, and FCDAS in Fairbanks AK. Support will allow OSPO to get replacement parts and vendor support on break/fix issues that extend beyond the realm of the on-site staff support.
