## Description

This contract action was not awarded competitively pursuant to FAR 13.501(a). Safran Federal Systems product is required due to their number of provided radio frequencies and their ability to support multiple channels simultaneously regarding Interference/Spoof/Jam Hardware + Software Simulator. Additionally, there are no authorized resellers of the quoted products.

Talen-X Inc, a wholly owned subsidiary of Safran Federal Systems, is the sole OEM and distributor of these products and are the only available product that can access and simulate all required constellations. This Award Notice is not a request for competitive proposals. This is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available and telephone requests will not be honored.
