The additional implementation support items can only be performed by the existing contractor as they have the knowledge and expertise obtained through the implementation and go-live activities to support them in the immediate period following. Since this contractor has specifically configured the system, no other contractor could have the required knowledge of the system in the timeframe needed to provide the post-go-live support.
