Purchase the IMPLAN modeling software which enables development an out-year model to evaluate the economic conditions and impacts concerning the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) implementations. IMPLAN is the sole source and owner for IMPLAN Data and software. It is the exclusive developer, manufacturer, and sole distributor of its U.S. databases, its formatted OECD data and the IMPLAN Pro, IMPLAN Online and IMPLAN economic modeling software. There are no agents or dealers authorized to represent this product in the U.S. or in any other country. The copyright for the IMPLAN software, and the databases are held by IMPLAN.
