The Government proposes to issue a Firm-Fixed-Price type contract for this requirement. See the attached Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) for additional information. The Government will issue a contract for this requirement contingent upon funding. The term of the contract will be one base year and four option years. The applicable North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 541511- Custom Computer Programming Services. The Small Business Size Standard for this acquisition is $34.0 Million.
