UPDATE: Amendment 3: Answer late question received regarding instructions and RFO 52.212-4.

Amendment 2 - Open up RFQ to 100% Small Business, Extend Quote Due Date, and Update RFQ information. Please see all attachments for full details.

This solicitation is for road repair of the National Weather Service (NWS) KLRX and KRGX Next Generation Radar (NEXRAD) sites near Battle Mountain, Nevada and Reno, Nevada.
