Some of our TCPs will list multiple documents so we would like clarification on this limitation. Answer #104: Offerors should limit their entries in the Attachment 3 reference column to 100 characters for each support document referenced. Note that this is a recommendation, but not a firm requirement (e.g., \"Please limit\" vice \"Offerors must limit\"), intended to ensure information entered into Attachment 3 is provided to direct evaluators towards the applicable substantiating information, but not to provide additional explanation and/or narrative information to bypass the applicable page limits for the Technical Capability Narrative. Offerors may also opt to highlight text within the reference documents to facilitate evaluation, but are not required to do so.
