PROJECT SUMMARY: The National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), NOAA Fisheries, Northwest Fisheries Science Center (NWFSC), Montlake Laboratory in Seattle, Washington has a requirement for landscaping services. The service project site consists of approximately 6.7 acres, parts of which are occupied by buildings, roads, walkways and other paved surfaces. The purpose of these services is to maintain the landscaping at the Montlake Laboratory site in an aesthetic, environmentally sustainable, and professional manner. The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment and materials (except as otherwise indicated) for the general care and maintenance of all existing outdoor landscape (i.e. grass, bushes, planted beds, trees, and barked areas, etc.) located at the NOAA NWFSC Montlake Laboratory, 2725 Montlake Boulevard East, Seattle, WA 98112. A draft Statement of Work (SOW) is provided for informational purposes only. INFORMATION REQUESTED: NOAA may utilize the responses to this Sources Sought to conduct additional market research. Information obtained from this Sources Sought, and the subsequent communication with the vendors, if any, may be utilized to assist NOAA in developing a formal RFP or RFQ.
