The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is FAR 13.501(a). The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) for this acquisition is 517410, with a business size standard of $44.0M. This notice of intent is not a formal solicitation or request for competitive proposals. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be accepted. No award will be made on the basis of quotations or offers received in response to this notice. Interested parties may submit their interest and capabilities no later than March 7, 2025 at 2:00 PM Pacific Time and shall be considered by the Government.
