## Description

Direct award to 8(a) vendor Starlo Innovation LLC JV in accordance with FAR 19.8, Contracting with the Small Business Administration (The 8(a) Program) procedures and the Partnership Agreement between the SBA and the Department of Commerce signed on October 23, 2012. Requirement is for the Fisheries Cloud Program Office Initiative in support of the NOAA National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS), Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO).

The period of performance is for a 12-month base period and two (2) 12-month option periods in accordance with FAR Clause 52.217-9, Option to Extend the Term of the Contract. The period of performance may be extended up to an additional six (6) months in accordance with FAR Clause 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services.
