ESTABLISH ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS FROM NEW AND OLD SECONDARY GENERATION SYSTEMS TO THE MAIN ELECTRICAL ROOM AND INSTALL ANY NECESSARY ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS TO ALLOW SITE TO RUN ON SECONDARY GENERATION DURING TIMES OF POWER OUTAGES AT NWFSC BURLEY CREEK HATCHERY IN PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON. Site visit appointments must be made with Brad Gadberry.

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and no other written solicitation will be issued.

This solicitation is being issued as a total small business set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 238210 . The small business size standard is $19.0M. This combined solicitation/synopsis is for purchase of the following commercial services: establish the electrical connections from new and old secondary generation systems to the main electrical room and install any necessary electrical components to allow the entire Burley Hatchery site to run on secondary generation during times of power outages. Description of requirements is as follows:

Please refer to the attached Statement of Work for full technical specifications/requirements. See attached full Combined Synopsis with all terms and conditions which all vendors must be in compliance with to be eligible for award. Vendors must provide their Will or Will Not and Does or Does Not Statement per FAR Provision 52.204-24 which goes with FAR Clause 52.204-25. At a minimum, all quotes should include contact information and CAGE Code.
