Please refer to the attached Statement of Work for full technical specifications/requirements. Vendors must be in compliance with all terms and conditions to be eligible for award. Vendors must provide their Will or Will Not and Does or Does Not Statement per FAR Provision 52.204-24 which goes with FAR Clause 52.204-25.
