R/V Southern Journey Repairs for the Southeast Fisheries Science Center (NEFSC) in Pascagoula, MS

Amendment 1- (1) Updated solicitation to add updated SOW (see highlights in yellow), (2) Added CLINs 0002 and 0003 for optional, additional work pending the results of findings in original repairs; and (3) Updated RFQ due date (Quotes are now due 25 March 2024)

**Site Visit:** The vessel will be available for a pre-quote inspection at 202 Delmas Ave in Pascagoula, MS between 08:00 -14:00 CDST, on March 07, March 08, March 12, March 13, March 14, or March 15, 2024. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and no other written solicitation will be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a total small business set-aside.
