## Description

**AMENDMENT 0001 (01/17/2024):** Due date and time extended. The submission due date and time is extended to Wednesday, January 24, 2024 at 12:00pm MT to allow additional time for site visits and quote submission delayed by current weather conditions. END OF AMENDMENT 0001. The incumbent contract was awarded to Northern Defense Services for an aggregate of $58,200.00.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a total small business set-aside.

The associated NAICS code is 561730. The small business size standard is $9.5 million. The Government intends to award a trade-off, firm fixed-price purchase order. This combined solicitation/synopsis is for non-personal landscaping services for the Binghampton Weather Forecast Office (WFO) located in Johnson City, NY. SEE THE ATTACHED SF 18 COMBINED SYNOPSIS WITH ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS WHICH ALL VENDORS MUST BE IN COMPLIANCE WITH TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR AWARD.

Offerors are urged and expected to inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable.
