The statutory authority for only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements is FAR 6.302-1 The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) for this acquisition is 541715, with a business size standard of 1,000 employees. This notice of intent is not a formal solicitation or request for competitive proposals. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be accepted. No award will be made on the basis of quotations or offers received in response to this notice. Interested parties may submit their interest and capabilities no later than February 2, 2024 at 2:00 pm Eastern Time.
