## Description

A Firm-Fixed Price Contract for Green Sturgeon Genetic Analysis was awarded to the University of California, Davis (UCD) on a single source determination in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) related to Special Notice ID 143015240004SMC. The UCD lab is currently the only entity that has the capability to carry out the genetic analysis of the green sturgeon due to a variety of factors that include:

time, personnel, the expertise, resources, and collaboration with researchers. Details can be found in the Single Source Determination attached. *Note - The period of performance annotated in the single source determination is incorrect. The period of performance for this contract is 9/3/2024--9/2/2025.
