## Description

This requirement is comprised of the complete removal and replacement of all the aluminum framed doors and windows throughout the entire building located at 4301 Rickenbacker Causeway, Miami FL 33149. The Contractor shall be responsible for providing all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and documentation necessary to perform the work described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS), and as illustrated and detailed on the drawings and specifications.
