*AMENDMENT 0005* Gray's Reef National Marine Sanctuary requires deep water dockage services for the NOAA research vessels, R/V Gannet.

Amendment 0005 of this solicitation is to provide an updated Statement of Work (SOW) to incorporate a change for the distance requirement; it is updated from 50 miles to 200 miles (see section 3 of the updated SOW).
