The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), on behalf of the National Ocean Service (NOS), Field Operations Division, is seeking quotations from qualified small business vendors for the fabrication of stainless steel support components. The Government intends to make an award to the responsive responsible quoter providing the best value in accordance with FAR 13.106-2(B)(3). This is a small business set-aside.

This requirement is to fabricate: Two (2) support beams Four (4) mounting brackets …constructed from 316 stainless steel per NOAA-provided engineering drawings and technical specifications. The parts will be used to support a NOAA National Water Level Observation Network (NWLON) tide gauge installation in Cape Vincent, NY. - All fabrication shall comply with the Statement of Work and drawing package provided.
