This will be a 100 percent small business set-aside on a firm-fixed-price award basis. The vendor is responsible for returning repaired product(s) in a shipping container designed to withstand the vibration and shock encountered during transportation by ship, rail, truck, and aircraft. The unit(s) shall be packaged to prevent damage to include: physical, electrical, mechanical, cosmetic, and the unit(s) shall not be damaged or lose performance capability. Only firms that can provide the exact services described herein will be considered responsive to this notice. The government requires all contractors doing business with the government to be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time the quote is submitted. The remaining four (4) motors will be held by the contractor until written first article approval is issued. Upon acceptance, the Government will ship the remaining twenty (20) motors to complete the full repair quantity. The Government's desired delivery schedule is 60 calendar days for the first article unit and 180 calendar days for the remaining 24 units from the date of first article approval.
