## Description

Procure Optical Encoders to replenish logistics spares, which are used in the Weather Surveillance Radar 1988 Doppler (WSR-88D).

Amendment 0003 failed to post to SAM.gov when it was issued on 3/14/2025. The error has now been corrected to allow for the posting of Amendment 0003. Although Amendment 0003 did not post to SAM.gov on 3/14/2025, it did post to FedConnect.

Amendment 0002 failed to post to SAM.gov when it was issued on 2/27/2025. The error has now been corrected to allow for the posting of Amendment 0002. Although Amendment 0002 did not post to SAM.gov on 2/27/2025, it did post to FedConnect.
