This requirement also includes help desk and preventative maintenance support for the NWR National Maintenance at various geographic locations in the United States. The Government anticipates awarding a single award, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with Firm Fixed Price (FFP) and Time-and-Material (T&M) provisions based on a best value basis using Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation, procedures. The period of performance of this procurement will be for sixty months. This solicitation is a total small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification Code System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 811210- Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance and the corresponding size standard is $34.0 Million. All responsible and fully responsive businesses may submit a proposal which will be considered by the agency. Any resulting contract will be awarded as an IDIQ contract with FFP and T&M provisions. Offerors must submit all questions concerning this solicitation in writing to brent.frost@noaa.gov. Questions should be received no later than 12:00 pm, noon, Eastern Time, on January 04, 2024. The closing date and time for offers is January 18, 2024 at 12:00PM, noon, Eastern Time. Paper copies of this solicitation will not be issued.
